To celebrate the 45th anniversary of the Sony Walkman, BP Creates tapped Chris G TV Inc. to reimagine one of the most iconic consumer electronics of all time — at a scale no one could ignore. The result: a towering, 9-foot-tall Walkman with a pair of equally oversized headphones perched on top, instantly transporting audiences back to the golden age of portable music.

Every component was meticulously fabricated in-house by our team of artists and technicians. From CNC-carved details and precision-welded framing to hand-sculpted surfaces, custom paint finishes, and perfectly applied retro graphics, the build combined advanced fabrication methods with old-school craftsmanship.

After weeks of design, sculpting, and finishing, the massive Walkman was carefully delivered and installed on site — a show-stopping installation that paid homage to Sony’s groundbreaking innovation while making a bold, larger-than-life statement for today’s audiences.
