CNC
Offering CNC cutting services to not only integrate in our design work but also as a stand-alone option for clients is something we are very proud of. Our 5x12 CNC machine is capable of cutting up to 4” thick foam, as well as the following materials: Acrylic, polycarbonate, MDF, Alupoly, Plywood, Sintra, Gatorfoam, and aluminum*. (Aluminum max thickness is 1/4” and requires additional setup) Our machine and operators can cut 2d as well as some 3d projects. We offer competitive pricing on materials. If you would like to provide your own materials, a minimum $50 handling fee will be added to the cost of the project. While we are happy to provide free quotes for our CNC services, we are unable to offer accurate pricing without some basic information. When do you need it by? Laser
Our 300-w CO2 laser/engraver is capable of cutting up to 1” thick acrylic, up to 1/2” MDF, 3/4” plywood, and up to 16-gauge mild steel. A 53”x100” work area is ample enough space for most standard-sized sheet goods. We offer competitive pricing on materials. If you would like to provide your own materials, a minimum $50 handling fee will be added. While we are happy to provide free quotes for our laser cutting and engraving services, we are unable to offer accurate pricing without some basic information. When do you need it by? Plasma Cutting
Our 5x10 plasma table is capable of cutting through mild steel up to 3/4” thick, as well as stainless, and aluminum. This machine is a real workhorse and we keep it busy cutting plates, bases, and gussets for use throughout our fabrications. We are happy to provide free quotes for our plasma cutting services, just fill out the form and reach out.

We can work with dwg, dxf, ai, pdf, and eps files for all of our machines.

Yes, of CNC is capable of carving up to 4” deep. For these projects we require STL files. Objects that require more depth can be created by slicing and stacking the parts. Our largest carve to date was 30” tall.

Setting up the file and the machine takes time. So we charge a minimum of $125 to cover the cost of that labor and any basic tooling or consumables that may be needed.
