RQ Agency partnered with Chris G TV Inc. to bring the legendary world of DC to life for "Superman Day," a premier event sponsored by Warner Brothers at the Americana at Brand in Glendale. Tasked with fabricating high-impact environmental elements, our team delivered a suite of custom-built installations designed to engage fans and celebrate the Man of Steel’s legacy.

  • Iconic 10’ S-Shield: A massive, precision-engineered photo op that served as the event's visual anchor.

The Logistical Challenge

Working at the Americana presents a unique set of high-stakes constraints. To maintain the venue's premium guest experience, the window for installation and strike is extremely compressed.

Our Solution

We were required to have all elements offloaded, positioned, and event-ready within a strict three-hour window. To meet this deadline, our shop team shifted from standard prep to a "Ready-to-Roll" assembly strategy.
