The team at Motion Theory and Capital Records brought Chris on to design multiple sets for SAARA. The high school crush concept extended beyond the hallway, playing out not just in front of the lockers but even inside them. Chris and his team built a series of oversized rooms for SAARA to appear in and perform. The sets featured giant origami, miniature sushi characters, oversized custom emojis, and 30 linear feet of custom lockers. Each locker was rigged to open and close for multiple shots, with door swings choreographed to match the beat of the song. All elements were constructed at Chris G TV Inc. and installed in a single day on stage for a one-day shoot.
