Private Event

Designer Melissa Andre brought us on to execute her vision for this private event that was happening in Indio, CA just prior to the Stagecoach Festival. Chris took her initial mood boards and design directive and executed several renderings that fit the bill. Once the drawings were approved, the team at Chris G TV inc pre built numerous custom items and utilized dozens of flats from our rental inventory to bring this Western Town to life. A mirrored/pond dance floor was featured in the center of the space; a 10'-diameter sun framed the DJ, who stood at a custom steel-mesh DJ booth. 200 linear ft of custom backings were printed for the event, 3 truckloads of rocks and saguaro cacti were delivered by Green Set. Heaven or Las Vegas provided the chase lights on the awnings that Chris’s team installed. One side of the tent featured bar service, the other food and snacks. There was also a custom hat decorating activation in the space.
