Chris was hired to design a toddler's bedroom on a soundstage in Los Angeles. Simple enough, right? Not so much, this spot for Dominion Energy featured a toddler that needed to climb in and out of a crib (no stunt babies were used). The camera seemed to always want to be either right where a wall was or shooting from such a low vantage point that we would have needed to dig a hole. Needless to say, since this was a one-day shoot, some compromises were made. A section of wall was removed so the camera could push through, a ceiling was added for ultra-low-angle shots, and furniture was altered to allow for the camera to get into places it wouldn’t normally fit.
